1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlipCache mobile application ("App") operated by FlipCache ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FlipCache is a reseller companion app that uses AI vision and eBay marketplace data to help users identify items, retrieve pricing information, and calculate potential profit margins. The App is intended for personal use by individual resellers.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

FlipCache offers the following subscription options:

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies.

FlipCache and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

FlipCache integrates with third-party services including eBay APIs and Anthropic's AI API. Your use of these services through our App is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

FlipCache is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipCache shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App or reliance on pricing information provided.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
